Email support@gnomeandgardendepot.com with your order number. That inbox handles refunds, cancellations, pre-order questions and anything else about an order, and we reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

A pre-order statue is not in stock yet. Our final guarantee is delivery by February 15, 2027. Order by November 14 and we'll do our best to ship yours by December 12 for Christmas, in the order received. If yours won't make it, we'll email you as soon as we know, and you can keep your order or cancel for a full refund. You are charged in full when you order, and you can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund: email support@gnomeandgardendepot.com. If we cannot make February 15, 2027, we will email you before it passes with a new ship date and your choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If the new date is more than 30 days later, we'll only keep your order if you tell us to; otherwise we'll cancel and refund you automatically. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Anything else in the same order ships on its usual schedule, except a Sentry Chicken ordered with the Berserk Hippo: the pair ships together when the Hippo is ready.

Every statue is solid cement. The ingredients are a combination of RapidSet cements and additives. This special mixture gives our statues a high level of detail and superior strength.

We usually ship within a week. We keep a small inventory of unpainted statues and paint each one to order, and cement has to cure and paint has to dry, which we can't rush. When demand surges, making and shipping can stretch to about 3 weeks. If you need it by a certain date, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Our garden gnomes typically weigh 4 to 6 pounds, and every statue has its weight in its description. Shipping is priced on fixed tiers by weight, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises at checkout.

Every statue is sealed in three coats for outdoor use. A base coat of watered-down exterior paint or concrete stain soaks into the cement, then comes the finish you chose, then a matte polyurethane coat to protect the paint. Solid cement holds up for years outdoors; cover it or bring it in during hard freezes to keep the paint looking its best.

We guarantee your statue arrives intact. If it's damaged in shipping, email support@gnomeandgardendepot.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement free, or refund you if you'd rather. Changed your mind? Return an unused catalog statue within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is on you. Detailed edges can break if a statue is dropped or knocked after it arrives, and that isn't covered.
