Questions we get

What can I use to repair a cement garden statue myself?

For a hairline crack or a small chip, an exterior concrete patching compound works, followed by a masonry sealer so water can't get back in. A piece that has broken off needs a two-part epoxy made for concrete, and something to hold it in place while it cures. Where a DIY fix usually falls short is a large break, a missing piece that has to be rebuilt, or paint you want matched. That's the work we do: send us photos and we'll quote it.

What can you repair?

Cement, concrete, and cast-stone garden statues from other makers, wherever you got them: cracks, chips, broken-off parts, and worn or faded paint.

How much does a repair cost?

Repairs start at $250+. Every job is quoted from your photos before we start, so you know the price up front.

Can you match the original paint, or give it a new look?

Either. Tell us when you send photos whether you want the original colors matched, a new finish, or a full repaint.

A piece is missing entirely. Can you still fix it?

Yes. We build up the missing piece on a mesh frame and sculpt it by hand to match the rest of the statue, then finish it so it blends in.

Do I need to ship it to you?

You can ship it or drop it off at the workshop in Nashville. For heavy pieces, drop-off is often the sensible option.

How long does a repair take?

It depends on the damage and the finish, since cement has to cure and paint has to dry. We give you a time frame with the quote.
