When your order ships
Every statue is cast, finished and painted by hand in our Nashville workshop, so we can't rush cement curing or paint drying. Orders usually ship within a week. During busy spells, making and shipping can take up to 3 weeks. If you need a statue by a certain date, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number the day your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, all 50 states. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Local pickup
Local pickup from our Nashville workshop is available for custom statues only. Choose pickup or delivery when you send your custom inquiry. Catalog statues ordered online are shipped, not picked up at this time. We do not have our own brick and mortar store in Nashville.
Shipping costs
Catalog statues: shipping is calculated at checkout.
Custom statues: shipping is free for a single statue up to 16 inches tall, anywhere in the US. Larger statues and orders with more than one piece are estimated with the order.
How we pack
Every statue is boxed securely with air pillows and paper packaging. Wholesale orders may be shipped on pallets.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship when they're ready, by the date guaranteed on the product page. Anything else in the same order ships on its usual schedule. A Sentry Chicken ordered with the Berserk Hippo ships together with the Hippo.
Custom work
Custom statues take 1 to 3 months from when you approve the 3D model. Need it sooner? Rush orders add 20%.
Damaged or missing packages
If your statue arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the box, and we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details. If your tracking stops updating or your package doesn't arrive, email us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
