How to order your own

Not sure we can make it? Ask. The answer is nearly always yes, and the quote is free.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you have in mind

    A sketch, a photo, a logo, or a description. For bulk work, tell us the quantity and the date you need it by.

  2. 02

    We quote the work

    The 3D design and mold is a flat $300, paid up front, and casting is priced by size. You get the full number before anything starts.

  3. 03

    We build and you approve the 3D model

    You see a preview and sign off on it before we print the master.

  4. 04

    We print, mold, cast, and finish

    Once the mold exists, repeat casts are straightforward, which is what makes bulk orders work.

  5. 05

    Ship or local pickup

    Boxed securely and shipped, with larger runs on pallets, or collect from the workshop.

Questions we get

Do you do bulk and corporate orders?

Yes. The $300 design fee is paid once, and casting gets cheaper with quantity: 10% off for 6 to 10, 20% off for 11 to 24 and 30% off for 25 or more statues. Reorders from the same mold are casting only.

Can you make our school mascot or crest?

Yes, with permission from whoever owns the artwork. Crests and mascots are some of our most common custom work.

How much does a custom statue cost?

$300 for the 3D design and mold, plus casting by size: $150 under 8 inches, $200 for 8 to 12, $250 for 13 to 16, $400 for 17 to 20 and $550 for 21 to 24. So one statue comes to $450 to $850. Painting adds to the quote, depending on the detail. The $300 design fee is paid up front, reorders from your mold are casting only, and orders of 6 or more get up to 30% off casting.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for a single statue up to 16 inches tall, anywhere in the US. Larger statues and multi-piece orders are quoted with the piece, or you can pick up from the workshop in Nashville.

What is the lead time?

1-3 months for a single custom piece. Bulk runs depend on the quantity and are quoted with the job.

Do you keep the mold afterwards?

Yes, so reorders are casting only: no design fee the second time. Tell us if you would rather we did not keep it.

Can you just make a mold for me?

Yes. See Custom Molds under Services: we make a mold of your object or design, and you keep it or we cast copies for you.
